It will take several weeks to notice a difference. Give it time. When you first use it, you might get something like a sunburn. Let that clear and use it again. Eventually you can use it without any redness occurring.

see a dermatologist. Ask for (laser) IPL treatments. You may need to go for at least 3 treatments (every 3-5 months) and the results are quite startling. It's quite painless tho a little painful to your pocket. But it's worth it.
