what is the easiest way to keep rotation after you jump when doing a flying camal

Dont know about the flying camel thing, but when someone trips me up I can show U the flying hippo.lol

Make sure you have your timing right, or you will never get it. If you wait too long to jump, you end up doing a salchow thingy and it kills your speed. But if you jump to soon, you end up on your butt.
