It all depends.
You have a piece of skin called a hymen, which is what tears during your first intercourse. It's possible that it ripped already. It can be broken during sports, exercise, or by using a tampon.
Whether it hurts or not depends on a lot of things. Some girls report it being very painful, so experience no pain at all.
The experience will be much better if you have enough lubrication down there and take it slowly.

sure and no.. some Hymen's are thicker than others, which makes breaking it annoying and it does harm, now some are actually not so perplexing and might destroy while putting a tampon, using a horse or something that umm hits your rear. It depends. It didn't hurt one of my ex's at all for her first time, but it did for another one. If you have done horseriding/gymnastics/generaly flexy stuff for a long time then it's likely to not hurt.
