honestly... i don't know. i think it depends on the responsibility of the person. DON'T EVER drink and drive. but i started drinking when i turned 16 every weekend friday and saturday me and my friends got sufficiently hammered. by the time i got to college i was kindof tired of it and took a break for a semester. then i drank again for a semester. then i didn't drink again for four years. now i'm 25 and drink when i go outwith friends and stuff... but definitely not every weekend. just drink in moderation. be careful.

let's see...you'll get an early start on frying your liver. Pancreatic, liver, and stomach cancers are tied to drinking. Cirrhosis, hepatitis, ulcers, and esophageal bleeding are just a few diseases that can also come from drinking too much. People have even died of alcohol poisoning. Alcoholism is a horrible disease that ruins people and entire families; drinking at a young age is a good way to get addicted.

But if you don't care about yourself, maybe you care about other people. If an adult gets alcohol for you or sells it to you, THEY can go to jail.
