Second base is different for eveybody first of all. Remember No means No. It may mean that she respect's herself. Not that you don't respect her but your hormones are on a rampage. Be patient with her and when the time is right it will happen. Don't be stupid! Use a condom when the time comes for home run!

If you can't respect her enough to hold your little raging hormones in until she is comfortable, then you should go find a girl who is easy.
Plus, whats the hurry?
I mean, seriously, you are 13 years old!!! Enjoy the rest of your semi-childhood that you can without worrying about the sexual things in life. Those can come later. Enjoy the fact that she appreciates you enough at that age to have stayed with you for 10 months straight!

Calm the HELL down, little boy. When you're 17 you can think about it - until then let girls go through puberty before you start trying to feel them up. (You'll learn what puberty is in 8th grade science.)
Sex is not a contest - there's no "prize" for who gets what first. Well there is but it's only among goofy immature juveniles who have no idea what they are fooling around with. LIttle kiddies like you, in other words.
The biggest lesson you need to learn is that girls, as attractive as they are, are not pieces of meat to feel up and finger bang and screw and then dump. Find out who they are as people before you start trying to have sex with them.

13 is very young and this girl is obviously not ready to get closer to you. What should you do ? Treat her well and with respect, listen to her and nurture your friendship. Take it slowly, there is no rush and you both have plenty of time. You probably do not want to hear this, but if you push her, it could ruin something wonderful for you both in the future. You won't find many 13 year olds who want to go to 2nd mate. Don't pressure her, but if that's all what you want outta the relationship (which I'm guessing isn't the case if you've been together for 10 months), then find another girl.

Don't do it then! The more things you do the more things you want to do. Do you really want to be 14 and owing child supoort the rest of your life? Slow down and just enjoy being young. You'll have enough responsibilities before you know it.
