I cant reinstall quicktime.

Re-install it, then un-install it. That will don't.

Sounds like a corrrupted file. Unfortunately, you'll have to reinstall it to uninstall it. You can get it at Download.com.

Download, reinstall, then go to control panel, add/remove and uninstall it.

install it again... then restart - then uninstall.. the reinstall will 'repair' the problem, not the best answer, but its what i have done to get the uninstaller back.
