It wouldn't offend me to be complimented like that. Just say it in a sweet, simple and sincere way. If you look a little shy or embarrassed while you say it, it will probably go down even better.

Are you both really comfortable with each other? Or did you just start dating? If you just started dating, it would probably be better if you didn't say anything at all. If you've been dating for a while and are comfortable around each other, just tell her. My b/f (of 4 1/2 years) tells me all the time, and sometimes I'll act surprised and give him a little slap, but I'm used to it now.

Why do you feel the need to target her breasts in particular? Just be honest and tell when you think she looks nice...if you want to tell her she has nice boobs or a nice butt or anything like that you'll have to hope she takes it well and not offensive as if that's the only reason you like her...
Ya never know how we chicks are going to react...

I had a boyfriend that took me to hooters for lunch, He wanted to show me that I would fit in with those girls. It was a little embarrasing. I love going to hooters to eat but He made the comment so everyone could hear.

If you just started dating I wouldn't do it.
If you've been dating for a while (i.e. over six months) while she's wearing a nice shirt with cleavage say "ooooooooh baby you fill it out so nice" then push your head into her boobs and shake your head.

nice melons!!!! lol....jk but i have a DDD cup size and I get comments all the time!! Trust me, if they are nice she already knows it. A guy friend of mine says that i look like im smuggling two bald heads in my shirt......I dont get defensive.......i just laugh. no big deal.....I Know that i Have big ones. its only natural that i would get some comments!

y do u even want to compliment her on them we women dont have to know everything that men think unless their cheating on them so just dont unless u think she really needs to know just tell her "how do u get ur boobs so big?" or whatever u think is good
