weightlifting to keep tone and gain muscle at least 2-3 times a week. Do only about 30 min or less of cardio on rest days so you don't burn do many calories. Eat 5-6 meals a day to keep your metabolism going, this way you''l be able to eat more. Eat about 100 grams of protein and drink plenty of water. You may also want to try a whey protein or weight gainer supplement.

Well, as long as you are healthy I would not worry about it. It is probably that you have a high metabolism. It may slow down in a few years. But if you really want to gain, start a weight training program( and do not worry, women in general do not become bulky, and due to you current size I sincerely doubt you would). You would build muscle, and endurance. You can always ask a doctor too. Well, good luck and do not go on a eating splurge, gaining more than 2-3 pounds a week can be unhealthy. PEACE and GOD bless!

If you really want to gain pounds, eat like 200 gramsor more (since you weigh 100 pounds) of protein every day and in a month you will be about 14-15 pounds heavier...hopefully :P

Honey that is why you are not gaining weight. Once you build up muscle your body continues to burn off calories even when you are not exercising.
But don't quit! You don't want to be fat! Sounds like you are doing the right thing. My daughter is small too. Don't worry about gaining your time will come,
Enjoy being small while you can, you are too young to worry about such a thing.
