I have not seen them, but I am sure that you can make a decoy belt out of one from a junkyard if your goal is to aviod the seat belt law nazis!
I wear a belt, but support the right of adults to make their own choices. Freedom includes the right to choose!!!

Anybody dumb enough to sell a fake seat belt would deserve the slam-dunk lawsuit brought by the idiot who bought it or by their family. Before you try to dream up some way of making your own you should try to imagine the mood you are going to put the police officer in who finally nails you. I don't imagine the will be amused nor will the judge. I am curious as to why you wouldn't mind a fake over your shoulder but won't use a real one? Seems kind of goofy to me.

If u go to the trouble of putting a fake seatbelt on why not take the 2 seconds and put the real one on.
