Not one thing, but a series of things.
She told me why she loved me - all the traits about me that she thought were admirable, that she was proud of. It's always nice to know someone thinks you're great, and better when it's coming out of nowhere. Plus, it means she pays attention - and it was a big plus that she listed things I valued.
She listened to me drone on for hours about things I know she's not really interested in...then brought it up in conversation with a mutual friend. I was amazed that she'd paid that much attention to it, and understood it that well.
Finally, she also got my jokes, and made some of her own back. It was nice to find someone understanding of my quirks, and who found them charming instead of just plain unusual.
