Its a bit more than a pinch if its done right. I was super scared when I did it and I made my friend hold my hand, he made such fun of me calling me a wimp. Boy was I, it hardly hurt at all.
I agree though that it will be tender for about 2-3 days as it heals. You wont want to sleep on it.

More so than normal piercings, as the piercist won't use the gun. Cartilage in the ear doesn't generally hurt too much, but the nose stings like a b*tch.

when it is getting peirced it feels just like your lower ear getting done but afterwards it hurts alot like a sore muscle cus u cant touch it much or lay on it for about 2 to 3 weeks
its not that bad though

initially, it doesnt hurt. there might be some pain and swelling afterwards...
