I went out with this guy last year and when i broke up with him i found out later that he cried about it. i'm ready 2 end the relationship again but i really don't wanna hurt his feelings cuz we're close friends.

There is noway to dump someone in a way that will not hurt their feelings, especially if they still want to be with you.
You can be respectful to him by sitting and talking to him about it.
Do not break up with him over the phone or in a letter or in an email.
It's better to do it now, because allowing the relationship to continue will only make him more attached and closer to you, and therefore when you finally do break up it will hurt him even more.

Just be honest, but gentle...let them know you don't think the two of you are a good match (anymore) but wish them the best...if they choose to be hurt, you cannot control that but chances are they will...it's just natural...if you care about someone, then you are going to be sad when they leave your or distance themselves from you...

your naive to think that his feelings won't be hurt.....99% of r'ships always end with someone feeling hurt, thats just the way it is, it's the risk u take whenever u enter into a r'ship.
