i don't really know if she cares for me cause she goes to another school and doesn't know me all the way inside out. what should i do to tell her how much i care about her?

No, you don't just go up to someone and tell them how much you care about them! Next time you see her, just ask her about school, what she likes to do, what kind of music she likes - that kind of stuff. Once conversation starts about something, it will probably flow. If she likes you, she'll let you know. If conversation goes well and she seems to like you, then ask her on a date.

Just show maybe give her some flowers and then ask to talk to her and then just tell her and see her reaction
