yup! #1 on my list! lol, it's going to be hard but I have no choice. my cholesterol is high and so is my blood pressure. I have started eating fresh veggies, oatmeal, drinking plenty of water, grapefruit juice. and walking on the tredmill. I need to lose about 50!

Drink 4 glasses water to start!
Try walking for 20 minutes
Try doing sit ups or push up
LIMIT THE JUNK FOOD!!!!
I need to lose 20 lbs.

yup yup yup!! dont need to, but i want to loose about 10 pounds or so. i plan out what im going to eat the next day, the day before an how many calories and carbs it will be. i make a goal for how many cals and carbs i will allow myself that day too. it works.

My goal is to be healthier, and yes, weight loss is one of the ways to be healthier.
I plan to walk 20 min everyday and to eat more sensibly.
