G-d is the focus, and must be the focus, for He is G-d. Your question is designed to make man and mankind the focus which in effect is anti-G-d. Your problem with G-d is that you are bound up in a world which teaches that unless you can see, feel, hear etc you cannont (or won't) believe in it. Yet you see the world around you, its' complete complexity and you choose to believe that its' all an accident. Well, Time's Man of the Century, upon whose work we built the atomic bomb (Einstein E=Mc2) said that G-d doesn't play dice with the world.
Secondarily, man has been killing man for 6,000 years of human history. Unless man has some kind of guide to follow they cannot attain unto the path you are seeking. Well, ladies and gentlemen, that guide is the bible, written by G-d and demonstrated while on this earth by His Son Jesus Christ. We will continue to have conflict, because as one professor put it "in struggle there is growth". Look at any athlete. To the extent they practice, they are successful in their efforts. In any other arena of life, one must have a certain amount of perspiration to match the inspiration. My desire is for men to be at peace, and it can be achieved, however it is because man (genericaly) desires to be selfish that they will not achieve a lasting peace. As Christians, when we take ourselves off the throne of our heart and put Christ where He belongs then things will work well for us.
Let me challenge you to make Yeshua your savior and L-rd and see how that improves your life and the lives of those around you.
Shalom.

We've heard it said that "all we need is love." That is incorrect. Love is good, but truly, all we need is EMPATHY. If people would actually THINK about how their actions affect others, and how they themselves would feel, the world would truly be a peaceful, glorious place.
Instead, religion makes people haughty, high-and-mighty, and angry. They think they are the only ones that are right (every religion thinks that), and everyone else needs to be converted. It's terrible. If everyone just practiced empathy, everything would be just fine.

the world would be a better place if everybody could just respect one another and look at eachother as a human being instead of looking at eachother by what religious or non religious beliefs everybody has and have manners and empathy

I think a better success would be if people sought out the Father before they claim to know Him.
