Ok, so on the back of a water bottle there are nutrition facts. Everything (protein,fat,sodium,etc.) is 0%. How does that equal up to 100%?????

The 0% refers to your recommended daily allowance of that nutrient, not how much is in the product, so a bottle of water has 0% of your sodium for the day, because it's 100% water.

That's also why you can see energy supplements that have 500% of your vitamin B, because it's five times as much as the minimum you should get.

because the rest of the components make up the water, so that's how it's 100%

its the precent of how much you should have on a daily based on a 2,000 calorie diet.

i think the only nutrition it supplies is oxygen and electrolytes
