I don't like getting flowers.
And if a girl gives a guy flowers, he might think that it's a nice gesture and she cares about him, but most guys don't really want flowers.... Hats off to you for wanting them, I hope you find someone who is thoughtful enough to get them for you!

Guys like flowers too, men make some of the best gardeners in the world. Sure, I gave a guy flowers when he had surgery, he loved them.

Yeah, I used to buy my ex flowers all the time. More than he ever bought me - he hated giving flower except when he did something wrong.
But I think it's a very kind gesture - no matter who gives it.
Why shouldn't guys receive flowers?

I would get a guy flowers if I knew he wanted them, but generally I have not known a guy to want to get flowers (but you never know)

I have given flowers to girls and some of them have given me flowers..I think it says a lot and I love it..I can't tell you the reasons but it was not a funeral. I think that a girl giving flowers to me is one the nicest things she can do..It means, amongst other things, that she thinks I'm kind of special....

Only if I'm dead. If a guy likes getting flowers, he's 100% gay. There is no question. Why don't you break it off with the girl, dude; and get yourself that mustang you crave.
Then keep that stuff private, 'cause we don't need to know about it.

It depends on the situation. usually though I don't give guys flowers.

I sent flowers to my Ex-husband, he was mad at me for a week, He was a Police Detective, and thought it was not a macho thing to get flowers at his work place .( Now you see why he's my EX-husband )

I think it depends on the guy. The guy I am dating is 51, and I had sent him flowers at work because of something really special he did for me (several important reasons, actually), and he really was surprised and appreciated my reasons. He is also very secure in his manhood, so that was also a big plus! (BTW, I don't think it's weird at all - you must be very secure in yourself, which is fantastic!)
