i don't know if i'm fat or not but my legs have most of the muscles and everyone say my legs are bigs i think it's muscles because their toned and hard not soggy or anything.

i have muscle to but i do think you might want to ,lose some weight

Don'y worry about the influence of other people. If YOU are not satisfied with the way you look then try a liquid diet. One meal, usually breakfast, then drink supplemental drinks to help the body get accustomed to lack of solid foods. The weight will come off. If you have a large %age of body fat your body will burn the fat slowly making it longer for you to lose weight. Give it time, be patient and who cares what anyone thinks but you.

Chew each morsel of ur food at least 32 times before taking another one. In other words slow down the speed of ur eating and take plenty of light exercises plus brisk walks.

If you are female then you are overweight...cut your calories a bit and start exercising regularly...I workout at least 1 hr a day, 5 days a week...you should be able to drop those extra pounds quickly...

ok, well you should try excercising daily. that's what i do. i do 200 jumpropes a day and like 60 crunches. and i eat whatever i want. and i weigh 90 pounds and ii'm 5'2 so you should listen to me.
