You'd do better to skip all the gimmicky diets and just shoot for eating a well balanced diet of your own, and watch your total calorie intake...make a lifestyle change, that's the key to losing weight and keeping it off...

Most of those diets are easy to lose weight on, but you put it right back when you get off the diet...better to start and stick with an eating plan you can use the rest of your life...

...and of course, exercise!

I had two friends try it - it worked but they could only stick to it for a short period of time. It was too restrictive and they got sick of the same food. I was going to try it but I hate canned tuna and cottage cheese so it was not for me, they have you eat that a lot. If you want to lose weight and keep it off I would look at Doctor Memhet Oz's book. It makes a lot of sense and is easy to stick to, as long as you are motivated. None of these fad diet ideas, just simple facts. Good luck.

Yes I was on this diet and yes it did work but you will not be able to stay with it . You need to change the way you eat forever. Not just a quick weight loss. You need to exercise and burn up more calories than you take in. It's that simple.
