would you rather lose your best friend or the boy? I've seen a lot of high school drama like this, and you choose to have the boy and lose the best friend, or keep the best friend and forget about the boy... but then again, maybe you should just talk to your best friend about it. She might be over him or something.

Actually to tell you the truth you should leave this guy alone. First of all If this Is your best friend you two should both leave him alone for the friendship alone. Guys can cause so many problems they don't even know their causing because girls fight over them but the thing Is In a year or two you'll be on another guy and you won't have that friend to share the joy with because you lost her over some guy that ended up not workin out

like her, you cannot help who you love/like/have a crush on etc.. if you never take a chance you might regret it as you would never have found out what could have happened. if your best friend really is your best friend they will take it on the chin and accept it, just as you (hopefully) will if anything comes of their potential relationship. what's the worst that can happen - you find someone you genuinely care for or have a short lived relationship that you can move on from and your bestfriend can have a "go" on. good luck!

it all depends on how you really feel about this person, and if your bff is a true friend then she will step aside so that her best friend can be happy.

I would talk to her about it. I mean, it's not my fault that we both like the same guy. I would try to see if either of us would be ok if the other dated him. If not, we just move on.

Why worry about the other person? You do what you wish to do and let her do what she wishes to do. It is the boy's choice as to whom he likes or dislikes. Let him make the choice. Don't pusj him and don't assume anything.
