How about adding some cream pillows or a throw, or lighter drapes/shades? Make sure you have a three light sources in the room, with light lampshades for optimum brightness. You can also find a few things like vases, photos, pillows with the lime green, to add some brightness. It's good to have 3 colors in a room. I think it sounds pretty.

try a tan. it should naturally blend.
Go to a home depot and by the little samples, place them on the floor and decide what you like best. It's all personal preference. hope I helped and Happy New Year!
