I really like someone, who is already dating someone else. we're still friends, and i respect their relationship, and i don't want to intrude, because he already knows i like him... should we stop being friends?

No just be a good friend, just because you like him doens't mean you still can't be friends.

I don't think it's a case of whether you should, more of whether you both think you can...it's a decision only you guys can make. The only thing I can suggest is that you basically ask yourself honestly whether you and this guy can remain just friends, at least while he's with this other girl and you wont do anything to sorta sabotage their relationship. If you honestly think that both of you can handle being just friends without a risk of anything happening then there's no reason why you shouldn't continue being friends. If not then it might be a good idea to keep your distance so if they do split up it wont be due to anything you've done.

well i don't see any reason why you should stop being is friend. if he knows that you like him and he is in a relationship, well that shows you that he's not going to leave his girlfriend for you. don't stop being his friend,there is no reason. try to find someone for yourself. I'm glad that you mentioned that you respect their relationship that's a good thing. it shows that you are a good person and you are also willing to sacrifice your friendship because you don't want to ruin his relationship.

No continue to be friends and understand that friends are forever keep building your friendship relationship and always be supportive of his soon to be ex girlfriend but don't get too close to her because that's your man he just don't know it yet.
