My daughter is 27, I'm 49 and my Husband is 50. We always get the happy meals when we go in for a treat. There's no age limit. The staff will not challenge you.
If the toy's not wanted, leave it behind for someone else, give it to relations toddlers, or do as we do and drop them off at the local charity shops.

I think if you want a Happy Meal, eat a Happy Meal. What does age have to do with it? Sometimes you want a little bit of something, a Happy Meal gives you that...

I always get a happy meal, because it's less calories, and it comes with the toy and the apples.

Yes. Although, you can also buy an "All American Meal" which is the same thing without the toy.
