I am looking to loose 3 pounds off my stomach area, does anyone know any good exercise routes, or maybe easy diets to take?

drink water instead of soda. walk around the block a couple of times a day. When the weather is nice walk anywhere you can instead of driving, Eat 3 well balanced (low or sugar free) meals, snack on fruits instead of chips and candy. 3 pounds will come off easily.

Emily Kelly's Commonsense Pilates is a great book to get started with some good abdominal exercises and all around great body workout, and very easy to read / follow book.

Diet Power is a good PC software for weight loss or maintenance, it helped me lose 40+ pounds.

The average intake is 2000 calories, cut that to 1500 and it can help to lose 3 pounds in about a month or so!

losing three pounds is easy. Simply drink eight glasses (about) of water a day and use portion control when eating. Try not to eat the whole meal. It is okay to have left-overs! you could acheive this at a healthy rate in about a week. Oh, one more thing... change small habits. WALK Take stairs when possible instead of elevators. walk to the store instead of driving... little things like that. Good luck to you. This should be easy and you will feel great!!

The best diet I have found for belly or stomach fat is the South Beach Diet. A doctor in South Beach Florida developed it for his heart patients. It gets rid of belly fat pretty quick which is why he developed it for his heart patients. Stomach fat is the worse thing for heart patients. It is pretty low in carbs. White bread is a no-no on this diet since white flour products helps to add fat to our stomach and waist area.
