Count your carbs, don't go over 40 or 45, eat smaller portions, and excercise. If you don't excercise, you won't lose anything, even if you starve yourself.

No, just kidding. The secret is cardiovascular/aerobic exercise, meaning a minimum of 20 consecutive minitues of continuous movement. Doing this on a daily basis will burn excess fat. Also, eating healthy should be a priority as well.

well at 14 you are still growing , so your body needs the right ingredients to develop properly . you have probably got puppy fat and that will disappear in the next year or so as you develop .
it is better for you if you want to loss weight to do it gradually, so that your skin has time too shrink with your body. losing weight to fast , leaves people with rolls of ugly skin. as i do not know if you are male or female as i did not look , but what i have said goes for both .
if you eat sensible food and exercise your body will get into the shape you want, but at your age your body needs the food to develop

Chewing each morsel of ur food at least 32 times before taking another one. In other words slow down the speed of ur eating and take plenty of light exercises plus brisk walks.
