yes, you can get diabetes and clogged arteries. You can still eat junk food but remain active. It balances out.

You can get Adult Onset of Diabetes which is a growing epidemic because young people don't make better choices in their eating habits.

Diabetes is one disease...but many others can develop.

Eat in moderation. Not to say you can't enjoy junk food once in a while...but key is once in a while. ...not daily.....
