he will Email me when he can but like we don't stay in touch that much..I'm online all the time becuz i'm werid like that...But we can't call eachother *parents* and we barly ever get to hangout anymore....we have been datting for A long while...what should we do...I don't consider breakign up w/ him becuz I did that last time and yeah so basicly me and my ex got back together....And he doesn't show me that he cares as much as the first time we were dating?..I know he does and but and + he said he's been busy lately....he says that he loves me..but idk anymore

Hmmmm, it sounds as if you're spending a lot more time and energy on this than he is.
It is time you two had a good long conversation about how you each feel and what you each want out of the relationship. I have a feeling he's ready for something else, or he'd be trying to contact you more often. If he's busy, are you able to ask him about it? Don't ask as if you're nosy or jealous, ask because you're interested in what he likes to do. If you're NOT interested in what he likes do to, then, well, you're not really interested in him, you just want to have a boyfriend.

If there are questions that are causing doubts and going unanswered, know that the answers are really right in front of you. Actions speak louder. I'd break up with him myself, but you have to decide what you will and wont tolerate in your relationships. Seems to me like he's giving you the shaft. You should respect yourself enough to make that decision for yourself before he hurts you more and gives a blow to your self esteem.
