Many times! Pick a public place. Make it a daytime coffee, not a drink, sit and get to know them and then decide afterwards whether you want to pursue it. I;ve met some amazing men and am still in contact with the good ones!

Yes. I have met some terrific local people online. Although people don't always look the way you think they will look, their personalities seem to be the same, although the tendancy to lie about themselves on the internet seems to be very great for people who feel safe behind a computer keyboard. It is a fun way to meet people, but I wonder at the same time about people who throw away their real lives and relationships to go traipsing across the globe to live or stay with people they really dont know. There is of course a real danger here, in that they are really trusting people who may be preparing to set them up for any type of illicit behaviour.

yes what's weird is that his brother goes to the same school as i am. So we decided to meet at a public place and he turn out to be nice guy. But still be careful when you plan to meet someone online because it's dangerous place nowadays. Happy new year!

Yes i have. Online dating is getting very popular these days.
You get the chance to meet amazing people that otherwise your paths would have never crossed.
One of my sisters is now engaged to her boyfriend, whom she met online. PS He is very learned, good looking and well to do.

im a married woman and i can honestly say yes i have and it was more than okay bc i started talking to the man im married to in august of this year started dating him in september and were getting married in january so yes its great or at least for me it was

My gf met me after finding my personal ad online. she initiated everything, I was the one that needed to be worried. lol. jk she is great and everything i ever wanted. I guess i just got lucky.
