I have a kid that sits next to me in science. He is always poking me and calling me names. Some people think this means he likes me. He even gives me his dirty tissues to throw out. For my b-day he was soo sweet he bought me a diamond bracelet. HELP!

Of course he likes you. All the signs are there. When he's mean he does it to get your attention. The diamond bracelet and the sweetness says it all. If you like him you should tell him, you won't be disappointed.

I sincerely doubt it's a DIAMOND bracelet - maybe CZ or rhinestones but not diamonds. If it is, you should refuse it becasue that is inappropriate for a guy to give a girl that is not his girlfriend or wife.
It sounds like he has a crush on you but is too immature to show you in a real way. Tell him to throw away his own nasty kleenexes - that's disgusting! If you like him, then flirt back with him but not by poking him and giving him your dirty tissues. If you don't like him, ignore him and move on.
