The more tea, the better. Every tea provides a handful of antioxidants and is a better choice over soda and juice any day. There's no calories (with the exception that you drink it without sugar or milk). You could get dehydrated (ironically) bc tea sometimes as as a diuretic when it flushes your system of toxins so maybe no more than 5 cups a day?

Yes, so long as u do not get addicted. Caffein in it makes u addicted. Take decaffinated tea . Try plain hot water instead.

Yes, just lay off the sugar. You might research Apple Pectin. It can help you nto eat less and to have more energy. You can find it in most larger vitamin stores.

Why not? Tea does have caffine which isn't that good for you but you CAN buy decaffinated. It does stain your teeth though.
