That is not really possible (if some people tell you it is, they are lying !)
The only way for a human to grow taller is to be given injections of growth hormone. But that has several dangerous side-effects and is only advised for people which have a sickness that keeps them from growing (dwarves).
But don't despair, your growth is probably not over yet, and you can probably get an inch or two before 20.

Sabrina chances are you will get a little taller. I suggest you focus on good health. A healthy diet and exercise will keep you fit and lean. Good posture gives the appearance of added height and helps a woman move with grace. Don't focus on what you think are your negatives play up the positive. It took me a long time to learn to love my body. When you love yourself your natural beauty will shine through. Some of the so called beautiful people in the world are very unhappy. Walk tall, hold your head up and smile.

One thing you can work on to actually appear taller is your posture. A good posture can make anyone appear more attractive and give you that extra centimeter. There are plenty of very pretty girls your age and older who slouch down, sticking out their bellies and hunching their shoulders, not even realizing they are doing it. My Mom always had us sit up straight and walk straight, and I think It has paid off.

Have someone measure you with good posture, and with bad, and you will see what I mean.

Good Luck!

PS I grew an inch and a half after I turned 18...But I'm only 5'4 1/2 still...

You can't make yourself taller, although since you're young you may still grow a bit. You will be the height your parents' genes gave you, and there's nothing wrong with that! I'm 28 and 5'2" and I have a friend who's 30 and she's 4'10". Just remember, great things come in small packages ;)

Don't worry. You are already pretty tall for your age. You will probably get a growth spurt still. You aren't done growing yet so you will still get taller without doing anything. There isn't another way to get taller besides just...growing.

I'm 14 and I'm 5'3 and people say I'm tall! Height is only by genetics(genes from your mom or dad) People get growthspurts, I did thats why I'm taller than my friends who called me shorty 2 years ago. You'll get one.

I'm 27 and I am 5 feet tall. There are worse fates than getting to wear fabulous high heels and be called cute on a regular basis. Just work with what you have, there's nothing you can do about your height.

You might grow a little bit more before you turn 16 and 5'3" is a good height. 5'4" is average so you are near the average.

I am 17 and I'm only 5'1. Eating healthy and talking to your doctor should really help. Exercising regularly is a big part as well. Don't worry you could grow more before you know it! Short girls are cute too!

dang your two inches taller than me and I'm almost 20! (lucky!)
drink a lot of milk..and it also partly genetic...if your mom and your dad are about that same height you may stay 5'3" but you still have a lot of time to grow still.
