well u can talk about pets,latest fashion trends like body piercings and tattoos.or something which he likes....share some jokes tell him how u miss him. every now and then drop ur tone to barely audible so that he has to come close to listen to u .men love spontienity so u could also say something like ''hey u look nice in blue( or what ever color he is wearing!!!) have i told u lately how much i love u ?build up a little suspense too like say ummm i want to say....oh never mind! so that he prompts u . ask him ten good and bad things about u .u could also sit quietly for 5 min and write love notes and exchange in front of each other.

it totally depends how much u actually know him.don`t u overeact.don`t even kiss him because this is ya first date u see so don`t even trust him totally by ..................doin sumthin not to be done .if he is u`r classmate then u must b knowing sumthin abt him so talk abt funny things that happened.don`t talk 2 him abt the weather 4 godsake .show an attitude that u r the kind that cannot b used .if possible wear something that is hot n short that will make him talk more and u less .just start staring at him naughtily n then smile and when he asks u what is it tell him it`s 2 cold but he is hot....but 1st calm down.dont talk abt u`r past ....u know .ask him abt hobbies,family,when can u 2 meet again .buy 1 ice-cream and u 2 lick it 2gether....and chill out.

just take a deep breath. relax. just think of him as a regular person and just say anything that comes into your mind - you could start off with some really basic stuff - like it's a nice day don't you think - or it's very nice to meet you. then the conversation can sort of expand from some of these basic nice chit chat sort of beginnings. remember too that he may be even more nervous than you. meetings like this can be a little frightening but you will do just fine.

You may be shy, but you've got to calm down. Definitely no sex this early in a relationship. And, you don't even have to kiss today, either. But if it happens, he'll probably initiate it since it sounds like you're too nervous.
Ask him about himself. Once you calm down, tell him about yourself, but don't talk so much he loses interest. The main thing is to listen to him and show interest in what he says.

Do you usually have to take charge of the conversations?
Why do you like him? What do you want to know about him? Talk about those things.
General topics to discuss are:
Recent events in his life (funny or things that bother him...)
Travel (foreign countries, states, etc., if he has traveled)
School (classes or teachers you both have)
Other people (gossip can be good for conversation)
Interests (hobbies, sports, religion, etc.)
Ask questions and when he says something that you can relate to or that you have a response for, then you can say that. Also, he says something that you find really interesting, you can then keep asking him about that! The key is to find topics that you both like to talk about or hear about.

You can't even form a coherent sentence right now, are you sure you're ready to date? Just relax, be yourself, and have a good time. Talk about school/work (whatever is age appropriate for you two), places you been, ambitions, activities you enjoy, etc.
Don't worry about a kiss...it'll happen or not, but don't be thinking about it or anticipating it...you'll worry too much and distract yourself too much...

Id let him kiss ya first, and as far as talking, find something that interests him and stay on that subject(football, cars, whatever) the icebreakers are the worse. Good luck, im going thru the same here
