What kind of buns do you want? Do you want quick breads, like muffins or biscuits, or ones that use yeast? Plain white-bread rolls, or whole wheat, or rye? Or do you want sweet rolls, like cinnamon buns? More details, please. I've got lots of recipes. Be glad to help.

First off do you have a recipe? If you have one can you post it or email me with the recipe. Secondly, when using yeast heat the liquid to 105F to 110F then place the yeast in to "activate" it. Any higher temp & you'll kill the yeast. Give it about 10 minutes to activate. When making bread or rolls, knead the dough enough to develop the gluetin (perform the window pane test to check). Frement the dough 'till double in size, punch down & ferment again (if applicable). Shape your dough, cover with a moist cloth or towel & proof in the oven w/the light on or in a warm place (on top of the refridge). Egg wash if using & bake. Hope this help some.
