You may be getting the flu, which is a viral infection that can affect the lungs, but your description is more like asthma than the flu. If it continues you should get a medical opinion.

Could be a touch of an upper respiratory infection or bronchitis. Both will make you feel like your chest is "full", especially if accompanied by a cough. Give it a few days and if you don't start to improve see a doctor.

Hey, sounds like you are getting what almost every floridian has right now, the flu-type cold. my husband just got over it...he had the same feeling, along with a stuffy nose and a sinus infection..hang in there and drink a lot of calcium, it helps for sure. Feel better!

Sound like you a upper respiratory virus. Try to drinks lots of fluids to keep the mucus easy to bring up and you should be just fine without a doctor. If you get worse and don't start to get better soon go to your regular doctor.

Could be nothing, so don't get worried too soon, unless you're a smoker - then stop asap!!

Yoga teaches you to breathe properly and expands your lung capacity which makes you feel wonderful. Bad breathing habits could be related to bad posture and a sluggish spine, which can compress your lungs. Get into healthy habits while you're still young, you'll be glad when you're my age!

I had it like that. It got worse quick. Ended up I have psneumonia in my Lower Left Lobe. See a doctor and get a xray to see if it is that.

It sounds like you might have asthma though. I have it and I experience those symptons when I'm about to have an attack. You should get that checked out.
