dog that has been running around my neighbor hood the last two weeks??

You call your local animal control to have them pick up the dog and take it to the pound and see if someone comes for it...

You are going to want to contact your local pound. And they will come pick up the dog but before you do that see if there are any "Lost " signs and if that dog is it call the number and if there is no sign call the pound but you would most likely want to call animal control if it looks like a stray and if it is a mixed breed and has that freaky face then call animal control. But if the dog looks taken care of then call the local pound and they will put out signs for the dog and if nobody responds then they will most likely ask you if you want the dog or if you want the dog to stay at the pound.

Animal control through your local police department. Take photos or video if this is an ongoing issue. It will also help to show if the animal is aggressive.

Most municipalities have a canine control department (dog catcher) that will come out and try to find it.

In my area you can call 311. I think they can connect you with animal control, that is if you have 311 in Cali. I never been there.

Dont call animal control!!! Its nothing but a prison for animals. PLEASE call youre local ASPCA. they will come and scan the animal for a microchip, n if he doesnt have one, they will take him in and get him adopted. NO ANIMAL CONTROL PLEASE.
