mix sour cream 16 oz 1 8 oz cream cheese softened 2 cloves garlic crushed or chopped 1- 10 oz package thawed and drained a little bit of onion green or white opional blend cream cheese and sour cream with mixer stir the rest in with large spoon chill

Sure, Sautee the spinach with some garlic and a little onion and squeeze dry when cool. Put the spinach in the blender and some seasoning, add the cream cheese and then thin the consistensy with some sour cream, cream, milk or even water. Adjust seasoning and enjoy.

go to www.epicurious.com, do an enhanced seach that says that "Garlic Spinach Dip" with the main ingredeint as cream cheese.

Garlic powder, fresh baby spinach, cream cheese (NOT nonfat), nonpasteurized milk, and peanut butter (believe it or not. Smooth peanut butter, though). Best with rosemary garlic triscuits.

try to get the sour cream. You want a soft creamy texture on your palett, not cheesy.
