While at my mom's over X-mas, I noticed a small bottle I was anxious to put in my coffee. Much to my chagrin, it appeared to have separated. I have no idea how old it was. Didn't look very appetizing.

Ugh, definitely yes. Finding a bottle of absolutely disgusting curdled Baileys was almost enough to turn me off the stuff......almost.

Yes. The cream in it can go bad. If it is thick or smells sour, throw it out.

I don't think so but I always keep it in the refer after its been opened.
