Unless your tattoo will look good as it stretches (a rarity), it would be a bad idea to put it into an area that you might not keep toned. See if you can tone the area first and decide if you will be able to keep up with the exercise (a good idea for reasons besides tattoo display). If so, then get the tat. If not, and be honest with yourself, find another spot for the tat....
