Dawn dishwashing liquid is touted as a life-saver for the oil-covered birds by its manufacturer, Proctor & Gamble, while it's well known that P & G still tests its products on animals. P & G is hypocritical.

maybe you and your family should volunteer for the tests, and save the animals, unless you have a better idea!

you know, i am against unreasonable abuse of animals like anyone, but it is the irrational beliefs of PETA, that prevents me from being a supporter.
if you are going to cry about something, have an alternative that serves the purpose, just as well, or cry into your pillow!

Y'know, they have been DONATING - For FREE thier product for the last decade. And you never heard anything about it, right? Its because they did the right thing and they didnt want people to think just that.
Now they are promoting the new adoption program -which they dont make money from - and which benefits the enviorment. So whats wrong with that?

So who gives if they are hypocritical. Would you have them stop the former and continue the latter?

Well, why do you think that Dawn put that commercial on there?!?!??

They're not hypocritical, they're combating negative publicity from the PETA crowd.

I don't like making animals suffer either, but do you have a way to replace the animal testing?

You're right, so P&G should stop providing Dawn to save wildlife. Then more animals will die and P&G wont have to be hypocrites.
