Some fun ideas are you can make jewelry out of them or make photo frames by gluing the shells to a frame. You might also try making little beach jars where you put a small assortment of shells and any beach trinkets and sand to make a little beach in a jar. For really big shells it is possible to use them as around the house decorations or write on them. And my personal favorite, lay the shell with the inside facing up and put a candle on it. It is really pretty and catches the wax. Just some ideas! Hope this helps!

How many shells? What size?
My grandmother used a giant conch as a planter. My sister-in-law used a medium sized flat type as a soapdish. Tiny ones can be glued onto anything to jazz it up. Drill holes into a few and string them into windchimes, curtains and macrame hangers. Place a few interesting ones into a small basket and use it as a decorative accent.
Sky's the limit.

I love seashells! Have you thought about placing them in a pretty jar with layers of sand. , making a jewelry box , picture frame or just placing them in your bathroom as a soap dish or on your deck . I 've seen some pretty shells layered in a large crystal decanter with layers of pink sand, it can be very pretty. I bet you will have fun thinking up ideas and bringing the beauty out of them.

i have a kind of wind chime looking thing you hang. it's made out of sea shells and fishing wire. it's really cool.
you can also display them in a vase, or big glass bowl, glue them on picture frames, decorate your bathroom, hang them on the walls and flip them upside down and use for a soap dish. your options are endless. hope these ideas help!

You use small ones & glue onto a picture frame. Windchimes are easy too. My friend once took a solid color wall border and arranged the shells onto it half-way up the bathroom wall.

take a bunch of different sizes and colors and hook them together with some string and make a necklace or several and sell 'em. It's fun and makes good profit!
