Any ideas on what to make with a havana garlic and lime?

marinade? We bought it without a clue. What kind of dish would you use it in??

I would put the marinade on chicken or pork and serve it with black beans and yellow rice.

marinade, yes!!!! yum!!!!! throw in some cilantro and you're good to go!
