You wouldn't be on this earth to be angry at anyone if it wasn't for your mom! When you become a mom, maybe you'll understand everything that lady has gone through to get you where your at. Always respect your mother! No telling what she has been feeling on any certain day, and then here you come along with your attitude, and expect her to just sit there and take it in. What about all the nights she was up when you were sick, did she just tell you to clean up your mess? Diapers? Did she leave you in them, for you to just change them yourself? Can you sort of see where I am coming from? Have a heart, she loves you, and it's just her way of still being your mom! It's an ever ending job! Be happy you have a loving mom, just because it's not your way of being loved!! Shame on you for "calling" your mom on things, lets hope if you have a child , they aren't so disrespectful.

Parents have their own way of dealing with theit children. Some deserve more respect than others. The best way to handle this is just say ok and don't let it get to you so much. As the old saying goes" DO WHAT I SAY NOT AS I DO".

Always respect your elders. It's your mother, you have to show respect for her. Be more understanding and think about what she has done for you. If you make the effort to show her your respect, she will see. And when she does, you will be respected back. Only time will tell -- and of course, your respect for her. (;

I believe that you owe your mother a certain amount of respect, however if she truly is a disrespectful person she should not be surprised that she is teaching you (her child) to be disrespectful also, which can come around and bite her in the butt!

You owe her respect because she is your mom. If you are living in her home then she makes the rules.

you respect your mother regardless....
how you treat your mother, is how you will be judged by
new girlfriends, if you are rude to your mother
then that is how it seems you will treat your gf's.
