BitLord its based on C++ which makes it a low ram using client compared to ones like Azureus, it is noticably faster. And it has a built in torrent search.

Best torrent sites often require you to be invited. www.Bitmetv.org is great!
But for general no-invite sites, I use www.torrentspy.com (type in "axxo" into the search box....he always has the best quality copied movies).
