A friend of mine keeps getting pregnant, then her parter says he doesnt want it, so she has an abortion... She has done this 10 times in the 3 years i have known her. How do i make her realise how wrong what she's doing is??

She knows the risk. They already have one child together(which they dont look after very well), and her partner has 4 through another mariage. She is 25 and he is 42. He has made it totally clear to herhe wants no more, yet she keeps doing this?...

She knows it's wrong, she just doesn't care.
I would get a new friend and not worry about her anymore.
Plus, if you are still her friend, and she knows she has your support, she's going to keep on doing it.

You obviously care about her a lot- and even though you've told her before that this is dangerous (very very dangerous- with extreme long term implications on her future chances of having children), it's obviously not working.
I would suggest to you to print off information from the following sites I've listed below. Give them to her. Hopefully that will help her to realize that she should be using a more consistent form of birth control (pill, IUD, condom, etc.) since her partner and her are obviously disagreeing about future family planning and that she and her partner SHOULD be having a serious discussion about their future plans on having children.
I've only given you a few sites that I got from www.ask.com when I typed in: "what are the dangers in having multiple abortions". I'm sure you can get more.
Once you've given her this information, there really isn't much you can do as it needs to be dealt with the two of them together as a couple.

There will be eternal consequences for her actions, if she does not repent and come to Christ. If she says she's going to abort another child, please do everything you can to try to save the baby. If she refuses to listen to you, you may want to ask yourself if she is the type of person you want in your life and your children's lives. Would you remain friendly with a person who had killed 10 born babies? (Obviously, if she comes to a place of regret and remorse and stops this behavior, that would be another story.) Good luck.

If you ask me she needs to ditch him. Not only is it hurting her physically it probably isn't doing to much for her mental health either. Having an abortion is a hard thing to do once never mind over and over again. I think he just doesn't want to have protected sex and doesn't want to have to pay for another kid...what a scumbag. Can't he find somebody his own age, maybe your friend needs to look at that aspect too!

Maybe you should rent her a video on how not to get pregnant. That is one of the saddest tales I've heard, ten abortions. May God forgive her.

oh my god!!! that's sad i cant believe your friend she doesn't have gods forgiveness. you should show her pictures of abortions. tell her to get on birth control that's not good shes going to end up sterile her cervix is going to end up so thin that the day she really wants a baby she wont be able to hold it then she will regret everything shes done

She needs to dump the partner, who just enjoys having sex with her and doesn't care of the possiblity of getting pregnant.she is endangering herself and it might come back to hunt her down the line when she finds someone else who will truly love and wants to have a child with her and then she can't have any. Please do talk to her about killing innocent souls who didn't ask to be here.

OMG !! that is so horrible . i am on the edge about abortion but that is really bad . i think you should be able to have an abortion if you are raped or if the baby is threatening your life. try telling her about other options that there is, such as adoption.
