I have not seen or heard of such a league table published. The only thing I can suggest is to look on each TOCs website, and look for driver vacancies, which should include salary.
The only other possible source might be drivers union ASLEF, though you might have to write a letter to them. It would probably help if you can demonstrate that it is for serious research.
If it's any help, Central Trains salary at the moment is 33358. The biggest earners are probably GNER.
You should remember that salary is only part of the picture; conditions are also very, if not more, important. EWS, for example, have reasonable pay, but the conditions are so lousy that drivers are leaving in droves.

There is no website or table for train drivers wages that are made public, except the train grades unions seem to keep some form of record for their own uses.

Greed organic and easy!! traditionally Railway Footplate team and their commerce Unions have been (and are to 3 quantity) the main militant in recent situations. they are able to work out no greater effective than the top of their noses and could carry this industry "to ransom" at each threat! And for people who might decide directly to argue - properly I labored interior the commercial kinfolk branch on the British Railways Board and labored quickly for the supervisor Negotiation supervisor whose remit grow to be to barter pay, circumstances and advantages with the commerce Unions. At each threat they have been thoroughly detrimental to clever dialogue and debate, they did no longer provide a rattling that "there grow to be no funds interior the pot" (which at that element got here from the Taxpayer), further a substantial chew of the country to a digital standstill on innumerable events and fee the country, corporation and commerce £hundreds of thousands. Makes you ill would not it - they are earning a minimum of two times the national familiar salary and on the main almost thrice that! yet they nevertheless decide on greater and that i'm able to additionally enable you to recognize that what you have quoted is in simple terms the top of the iceberg in admire of what they get contained in considered one of those "different perks"!
