i'm addicted to chocolate and I wonder, if I used body lotion or soap that had a similar fragrance, would I be able to forget about eating it while enjoying the fragrance or would it be just the opposite

what can I do about this, i cant stand a day without chocolate

thanx

hmmmm, I think it would make me almost want the chocolate more...

if it were me, I would do a flowery scent and drink some herbal tea...

Mate is a South American (I think) that supresses the appetite...

smell something with green apple scent, apparently, it reduces hunger for some reason

One thing that you cn always substitute for sweets is fruit. Try sutff like berries and peaches to get rid of that sweet craving. Yes, I think that the fragrances may help you a bit, but also, maybe just eating a little bit of chocolate like chocolate kisses... two or three after dinner may help you out. It'll be less, and a lot healthier than lots of chocolate... and will help your craving at the same time. Anyways, hope I helped you. K, buh bye!

You could give that a try, but for me it would just make me crave even more. I've been eating dried fruit lately when I have that craving for something sweet. Dried apricots and cherries are pretty good.
