SOunds like a nice honest girl...so quite possibly you can invite her to do some fun things with you.
SOme of the best relationships have started with the two people starting out as just friends.

OK, here's my advice: GET THE HINT ALREADY! She does not want to be more than friends. You've asked twice and gotten the same answer both times. I think she means it. You, on the other hand, come across as some spoilt brat who thinks that you just have to get your way, and if asking twice won't do it, you'll just make more of a nuisance of yourself and ask again. Get a life already.

This is just my opinion but I would tell you to wait it out a little more. If she says she doesn't want to be in a relationship, you can't exactly force her to be in one with you. But you should make sure she understands that you do really like her, and if you're lucky, she'll reconsider.

take it slow...this is what happened to me kinda...i had a boyfriend,then broke up with him because the person i liked had just ended his relationship...i thought i had a chance...turns out we went out then broke up and now we hate each other...dont let that happen to you...when a girl says they wanna be friends then they mean it...if they didnt they would have an automatic NO...give it time...she'll losen up

see if she would like to go on some group dates with ya first. then move on too a fancy dinner with just the two of ya. but dont pressure her or anything.
