im not in second grade, but i still have feelings for thsi person.

Yes. It may not be that common, but very likely.
It would make sense, knowing someone for so long, why not? Did you find true love in second grade?

Love is a basic dimension of human experience that is variously conveyed as a sense of tender affection, an intense attraction, the foundation of intimacy and good interpersonal chemistry, willing self-sacrifice on behalf of another, and as an ineffable sense of affinity or connection to nature, other living beings, or even that which is unseen. It manifests itself in feelings, emotion, behavior, thoughts, perception and attitude. It influences, underlies and defines major patterns in interpersonal relationships and self-identification.
The foundation of intimacy would not exist. And you would not identify yourself via this person at this age.

I believe you can meet your true love while in the second grade, but it doesn't become love until you're old enough to know what love is.

possible yeah, but second grade? i didnt even know that girls existed then. okay maybe i exaggerated, but still, chances are, you dont even like girls then and the feeling you have then are much different from the ones you have now, so probably not.

I thought I did. My second grade teacher was so freakin hot. I was a horn dog at an early age and I used to look at her and imagine her naked. I guess it wasn't love but damn!

its possible..... its just likely that u will find someone else when u become older.... finish elementary skool then middle skool.... then high skool I thought i was in luv with this guy in 4th grade but then i got older and i realized what a jerk he was and forgot about him and moved on...... im not saying this will happen to u but he is not the only one.... there r plenty of fish in the sea

No you don't know what love exactly is yet. Everyone gets puppy love in grade school. You will know when you get older.

DEPENDING ON HOW OLD YOU ARE NOW AND HOW YOU STILL FEEL ABOUT EACH OTHER. IN MOST CASES I THINK PEOPE WHO MEET WHEN THERE YOUNGER USUALLY DONT WORK OUT. MAYBE ITS MORE OF AN ATTRACTION JUST BECAUSE YOU KNOW SO MUCH ABUT EACH OTHER INSTEAD OF REALLY BEING TRUE LOVE.
