You might want to try out some rawhide, or maybe a hard plastic chew toy. Also, my puppy likes to chew on ice cubes and has lost 4 teeth so far(he's 4 mths) Other than trying some of those things, I wouldn't worry too much about it. I'm sure before you know it he will be loosing teeth

My baby girl is 7 months as well. Actually 7 months and 12 days. Anyhow she has not broken through any teeth either. This is not a bad thing. They say the longer it takes to break them the stronger the teeth are. And I believe this since my hubby did not get his first tooth until he was 13 months and he has really strong teeth. One the other hand my cousin got her first tooth when she was 2 month old. You just never know.

Your dog may have lost them already and you just didn't notice. The permanent teeth come in right after losing a puppy tooth. Good Luck!

I have a teacup chihuahua, and it seems to be a common issue with them, mine is a 9 month female and she has lost the two bottom ones but not the top, so i just make sure she has plenty to chew on. Also my mom has the mother and father to mine and the female is about two years old and still has her top two baby teeth, but the father has lost his, do you have a gilr or boy? It may be an issue with the females as well.

If you can see the adult teeth and the baby ones are still there, you should call your vet and make an appointment with their canine dental specialist as soon as possible. If the baby teeth don't go, the adult teeth will be very crooked.

I'm sure they have fallen out. They are so small you barely notice when they fall out (I have 3 chihuahuas). Don't be worried.

You do nothing--baby teeth come out when they are ready and because they have such small teeth you might not even notice when they loose one because a new tooth has taken the place

I wouldn't be worried, if you can see new ones coming in you can take her to the vet or if you are brave you can do it yourself. My mom did that with are min pin.
