Besides them being different companys, or different #, or the prices, Because me and my boyfriend are going to Disneyland in Anaheim but theres no more rooms available for New Years so :( yah..Thanx ppl

I've spent the night in both before during travelling. It's 50/50. A motel will really depend on the manager. They are the one that decides if it's kept nice or not. I'd try to check on the star ratings online.
